The new frostyplaces application that allowed you to enable the emojicons on your iPhone, seems to have been killed. It seems like apple has disabled the app from being used on your iPhone. If you have already enabled the emoji's on your phone they still seem to work. The weird thing about this is that apple still let's you spend your 99cents to buy the app, but once you buy then you get nothing. So for now don't buy frostyplaces.

How very, very weird. I just purchased this from the App Store on my iPhone and followed the Ars Technica instruction. Worked fine for me...
